Practical Tips and Commentary

The Preference Quarterly Law Journal provides practical tips, information, and commentary focusing primarily on preferences under section 547 of the Bankruptcy Code. Believing that providing high-quality information to those in the bankruptcy field can only improve the field as a whole, the Journal seeks to reach out to bankruptcy specialists, attorneys with only occasional exposure to preference litigation, and even non-attorneys with this information on a quarterly basis for the benefit of all.

We invite practitioners to contribute material for publication in the Journal. We also invite feedback on previously published articles, ideas for future articles or topics, or any other suggestions that would improve the Journal or the practice of preference-related law.
